Consultant to the kitchen management

By the grace of Allah Ar-Rehman a highly reputed organization of the hospitality industry in Karachi is seeking to further strengthen the operations and systems of its kitchens and is currently hiring for consultant to the Kitchen Management. The applicant must be at least Graduate with excellent continuous managerial and hand on practical experience as a very senior person in the kitchen brigades of hotels and/or food production companies. Hand on experience and knowledge of multiple cuisines and bulk food production may serve as a plus point.
The applicant will be expected to put in at least 22 hours a week spread over at least four days of the week, must including Saturdays and Sundays.
